Using QB Tracker
QB Tracker organizes order information, package status, and purchase statistics. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Account and workspace access
The hosted service uses Discord to verify your identity. Signing in does not guarantee access to every workspace or feature. Your permissions determine the data and tools available to your account.
- Use only your own account and purchases, or information you are authorized to manage.
- Keep your account secure and do not share access to private order information.
- Do not attempt to access another person's orders, credentials, or workspace.
Connected services
Package updates and other enabled integrations may contact external providers. Their availability, data, and terms can affect these features. Email account connections and administrative tools are available only to authorized workspace administrators.
Use optional integrations only with accounts you own or have permission to access. A local installation and the hosted workspace may store separate data.
Order and delivery information
Order totals, stick rate, shipment states, and delivery estimates reflect the information available to the service. Updates may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected later. Confirm time-sensitive information directly with the retailer or carrier.
Acceptable use
Do not use QB Tracker unlawfully, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or collect data belonging to other people. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users and the service.
Availability and changes
Features and availability may change. The service is provided as available, and uninterrupted access or error-free information cannot be guaranteed. These terms may be updated on this page.
