Privacy Policy

Public QB Tracker pages show product information and illustrative examples. They do not display private customer orders.
Identity and sign-in
The hosted service uses Discord sign-in to verify your account identity. It uses your Discord user ID to enforce workspace access. Signing in creates a browser session cookie so the service can recognize your authorized session.
Purchase and package information
A workspace may contain product names, quantities, order totals, retailer details, purchase states, and shipment updates. Order records may also include information such as shipping addresses and tracking numbers. This information is private and subject to workspace access controls.
Authorized integrations
When enabled by an authorized administrator, email integrations read messages to find and update orders. Email cleanup separately searches for messages matching the administrator's selected criteria and can remove selected messages when requested.
Carrier and other external integrations receive the information required for the requested lookup, such as the carrier and tracking number. Provider requests require an internet connection and are subject to each provider's policies.
Notifications
Public product status notifications use aggregate product quantities and shipment states. They omit shipping addresses, customer email addresses, order numbers, and tracking numbers. Only enable a notification destination you are authorized to use.
Storage and retention
QB Tracker stores workspace data on the installation that runs it. The application encrypts its persisted workspace records. The operator controls the server, integration configuration, backups, and retention. Hosted and local installations may hold independent copies of data.
Do not assume that closing a browser tab deletes your workspace records. Contact your workspace operator about correcting or removing account information and retained data.
Cookies and device access
Session cookies support sign-in and access control. Camera scanning asks for browser camera permission; video frames are processed on your device to recognize barcodes. A recognized barcode may be sent for a product or package lookup.
Your controls
You can sign out, control camera permissions in your browser, and ask your workspace operator about your information. Authorized administrators can manage their configured integrations. Features depend on the permissions assigned to your account.
Questions
